Agreement

By requesting a seat, paying an invoice, or attending a session, you agree to these terms. Training is educational. We do not provide investment advice, brokerage, trade execution, or managed accounts.

Services

Offerings include workshops, labs, intensives, chart mentorship, and related materials described on this site. Scope, dates, and fees are confirmed in writing before work begins. Website prices are informational only.

Eligibility & conduct

You confirm you are legally able to enter this agreement in your jurisdiction. Sessions require respectful participation. We may remove a participant who disrupts others or shares confidential cohort materials without permission; fees already earned for delivered sessions remain due.

No performance promises

Market structure skill does not guarantee profits or prevent losses. Past chart examples are teaching tools, not forecasts. You remain solely responsible for trading decisions and risk.

Intellectual property

Checklists, slides, recordings, and templates remain our property. You receive a personal licence for private study. Redistribution, resale, or public posting of materials is not allowed without written consent.

Scheduling

Live dates are stated on the enrolment confirmation. We may reschedule for instructor illness or venue issues and will offer an alternate date or a refund per the Refund Policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law in Japan, our liability for any claim related to training is limited to fees you paid for the specific unfinished portion of that engagement. We are not liable for trading losses, opportunity costs, or indirect damages.
