- Enrolment and invoicing details needed to deliver training.
- Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed when analytics cookies are accepted.

Purposes
We use data to reply to enquiries, schedule training, deliver materials, issue invoices, improve the site, and meet legal record-keeping duties. We do not sell personal data.
Legal bases
Depending on context: performance of a contract (enrolment), legitimate interests in operating a training practice, consent for non-essential cookies, and legal obligations for accounting.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless you become a client. Enrolment and invoice records are retained as required by Japanese tax and commercial rules. Analytics data follows the retention of the analytics tool in use.
Processors
We may use email, hosting, and analytics providers under agreements that limit use to providing their service. Chart files you submit for mentorship are reviewed only by instructors assigned to your cohort.
International transfers
If a provider stores data outside Japan, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards.
